All persons coming from any part of Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina or abroad for treatment in Zagreb. The association helps all people regardless of the type of illness (mental patients are common to us and we do not accept them), age, gender, nationality, social status, race and religious affiliation.

The only condition for someone to get accommodation in the Association is that we have a vacancy at that moment and that the person can prove with medical records that he comes to Zagreb for treatment.

The assistance user can be informed about the availability of accommodation no earlier than 72 hours before arrival in Zagreb or by invitation if people are already undergoing treatment.

If the beneficiary of assistance has been confirmed accommodation, it is necessary to provide the employee of the Association with personal documents of the patient and accompanying person, as well as medical documentation as proof of treatment in Zagreb (dismissal letter, referral, order confirmation, confirmation that the patient is undergoing treatment in the hospital, etc.

If 72 hours before arrival or at the time of reporting, if the patient is already in Zagreb, there is no free place in the Association, users will be entered in our waiting list and the employees of the Association will inform them about the vacated place as soon as possible. Often, the beneficiaries of assistance go to relatives, friends or pay for accommodation for several days and move to the Association as soon as the room for them is available.

Reception and discharge of accommodation users is possible on weekdays from 9-15 hours.

If the accompanying patient or only accompanying the patient while he is in the hospital decides to let go of the accommodation and go to the place of residence or to sleep elsewhere they must bring their belongings and this accommodation unit is given to the new users. It is not possible to leave the accommodation for a single day without it waiting for you. The exception is parents who stay in the hospital with their children.

Upon arrival, assistance users should bring their home slippers, pajamas and personal belongings.

Daily maintain neat and clean common areas as well as the room. It is mandatory for all users to familiarize themselves with and act in accordance with the house rules and instructions for proper disposal of garbage contained in the accommodation.

Yes, the beneficiary can also bring with him certain foods that are not on the list of insured foods by the Association (baby food, special food for certain types of diseases or other food products). The quantity of food brought by the quantity must be adapted to the location in the refrigerator or kitchen units in such a way that each user of that accommodation has an equal space available to store food.

During the use of the accommodation service in the Association, one adult person is required to accompany the patient. The patient, with earlier announcement, can be visited by other family members. Upon arrival at the Association, visitors will be registered as well as the patient himself and his entourage. The visit to the patient can be daily (without overnight stay) or for several days. The number of people who can stay with the patient at the same time depends on the number of beds in the accommodation unit.

All users are obliged to respect the peace of the house in from 22:00 - 08:00 hours. Users are obliged to inform in a timely manner employees of the association about any change in the number of people in the accommodation, e.g. if the patient stays in or leaves the hospital, and if one of the family members or friends comes to visit. Entry It is possible to enter the apartment only until 22:00 (exception: severe health situation of the patient). At the entrance to the apartment, it is mandatory to change into home slippers. Consumption is strictly prohibited in the accommodation Alcoholic beverages and tobacco products (including electronic cigarettes). Each user is obliged to keep personal belongings in the room (do not dispose of in common areas).

Each user is required to report any form of material damage to employees created in the accommodation.

No, the Association does not provide parking spaces for users' vehicles located on the accommodation. An employee of the Association will inform the user of the accommodation about the nearest city parking spaces or public garages.

Employees of the association need to announce their departure from the accommodation. On the day of departure, it is necessary to tidy up the room and remove dirty linen, wait for an employee of the Association to inspect the room and return the key. Upon discharge from the accommodation, each user is obliged to sign a certificate of assistance provided.
