November 2012 — Foundation of Humanitarian Association “Fra Mladen Hrkac” Zagreb - Representation of Široki Brijeg (Bosnia and Herzegovina). The representative office was established in order to be able to provide support during treatment away from home for a large number of people from Bosnia and Herzegovina who come to Zagreb for treatment due to the inability to receive adequate health care in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
In addition, from the first day of the Association's existence in Zagreb until today, the largest amount of donations and the number of donors is in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Also, the very idea around the establishment of the association, as well as the late Fr Mladen Hrwhose name the Association bears, originates precisely from Široki Brijeg, which further explains the decision to establish the Representative Office in Široki Brijeg.

July 2017 — Fra Mladen HrFoundation in the Republic of Croatia with its headquarters in Zagreb (the sole founder is the Humanitarian Association “Fra Mladen Hr” from Zagreb). With the increase in the number of users, services and projects, the need for organizational growth of the Humanitarian Association “Fra Mladen Hr” was indicated and for this reason a decision was made to establish the Fra Mladen HrFoundation whose main purpose is to raise funds to help people in treatment far from home.
The Foundation gathers supporting members who, with their payments, enable seriously ill people and their family members or other persons who care for them during treatment away from home, completely free of charge and for as long as their treatment lasts, to stay in the humanitarian association “Fra Mladen Hr”.
December 2017 — Fra Mladen HrFoundation in Bosnia and Herzegovina based in Široki Brijeg (the only founder is the Humanitarian Association “Fra Mladen Hr” from Zagreb). The purpose of the Foundation is the same as the purpose of the Foundation in Croatia — to raise funds to assist people in treatment away from home.

Due to the excessive commissions on payments from Switzerland, an association was established with the purpose of raising funds to help people who are being treated in Zagreb, far from their home.
